Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and have not been washed, with tags, and in its original packaging. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment for a full refund of your purchase price (if applicable, this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). We do not offer free returns, however as an option, we can assist with providing a return shipping label at a discounted rate. Otherwise, the item can be returned with the shipping carrier of your choice. Please note if the item has been used or washed and has a manufacturing defect, it will only be eligible for a replacement and not a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at pet-nature.com with as much information as possible. Key items include, Your Name, Email Address and Order Number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
